Olivia Pulley-Crowther

Managing Director and Senior Solicitor

Olivia joined Wiltshire Law Centre in 2021 as its Managing Director and Senior Solicitor, having previously managed a private housing Legal Aid practice. She is passionate about redeveloping the provision of specialist Legal Aid advice and representation.

Olivia has 13 years of experience in housing Legal Aid, specialising in complex litigation, including tenancy and mortgage possession defences; homelessness appeals; disrepair, illegal eviction, discrimination and judicial review claims; and defences under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. She serves as a housing possession court duty solicitor at the Salisbury County Court.

Before practicing in the UK, Olivia was a qualified attorney in New York, where she practiced prison law. Prior to then, she was part of the corporate law department of a large British firm in Tokyo and also worked on a defence team at the Special Court for Sierra Leone. She also practiced civil liberties law and criminal defence.

Olivia regularly provides professional training and serves on the Law Society’s Housing Law Committee and on the Trustee Board of Plumstead Community Law Centre.
