Housing Supervisor

Darren is a dedicated Housing Caseworker at the Wiltshire Law Centre. In his role as the housing possession court duty advisor at Portsmouth County Court, he expertly navigates possession hearings, applying a pragmatic approach and strong negotiating skills.

Darren served in the Royal Navy for 19 years, completing multiple deployments, including a significant seven-month tour in Afghanistan. That experience honed his ability to handle challenging situations with care and resilience, enhancing his commitment to promoting positive mental well-being.

Darren’s friendly and approachable nature allows him to build trust and rapport with clients, putting those who are anxious at ease. He effectively addresses the specific needs of each case.

Darren graduated from the University of Portsmouth with an LLB Law (Hons) and is an advanced paralegal member of CILEx.

Outside of his legal work, Darren is a qualified fitness instructor, teaching eight classes a week. He has also raised funds for charities, such as Help for Heroes, MIND, and Cancer Research UK, illustrating his desire to uplift and support those in need.
