Charles Dibley

Charles is a practising solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector, having qualified as a solicitor in 2020. He began his post-qualification practice in public law children matters, including legally aided care proceedings and wider Children Act work.   

Charles also has substantial experience in private client practice both pre & post qualification. He currently is the head of his firm’s private client department. His work includes Wills, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and associated client advisory work, alongside family law, including divorce and financial remedy matters. 

 Based professionally in Bristol and living in the Swindon area where he grew up, Charles joined the Board of Trustees of the WLC in November 2025, bringing legal expertise, structured risk awareness, and a commitment to supporting the organisation’s governance and strategic objectives.
