Southern England  Law Centre offers the following free and low-cost specialist Welfare Benefits legal services.

For people living in Gloucestershire

We may be able to challenge unfavourable decisions relating to:

  • Universal Credit
  • Work Capability Assessments
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP), including representation at First and Upper Tribunal hearings and in judicial review claims.

For people in South and Southwest England

We provide advice and possibly representation in appeals to the Upper Tribunal and in judicial review claims.

For people whose homes are threatened

We may be able to provide advice and assistance in all aspects of welfare benefits law.
